“ Cozy little five nook in and back corner of the mall in El Cajon. Good drinks, live music, friendly crow. ”
“ We were there on a Thursday that featured local artists playing mostly rock blues music and the vibe skewed toward an older audience but was very chill and fun. ”
“ Didnt eat , the open mic night on Thursday is a lot of fun. People or bands come and sign up for a time slot and perform. It is a good time. ”
“ Getting to see my favorite band Alibis here was such a treat! Kudos to their sound engineer! He had everything sounding perfect! ”
“ Always a fun time at Navajo Live! Cover Bands, Blues Jams, and live music every week! The drinks are good and priced moderately. A nice selection of draft beer, including some local ones. Staff are awesome! ”
“ This is the quintessential dive bar. They dont serve food but let you bring your own in. Theres always a great band playing, and the drinks are strong. The staff are friendly and chill. I had a great evening here, and the vibe was perfect. What a great place. ”
“ Went there to see a live band called Sirius Guise. They play awesome music and Im always on the dance floor ”
“ Hidden Gem alert! I played here last week with my band Cherry Road and was impressed with the whole scene. Sweet Myths kicked off the show and I was able to get the full show experience from the audience point of view, as well as from the stage. This is a great hang out especially if you are anywhere near La Mesa, Santee or Mission Gorge. I didnt even realize it was so close to home, but glad I know about it now. The sound was killer, ligting and atmosphere really nice. It was clean with ample parking and good vibes. Friendly staff and of course, great music! They host different nights all week including original local bands, karaoke, and cover bands on the weekends. Pleanty of seating and open space to dance so you can take your pick. They have darts to play and a little area to hang out outside. Theyre are some good places to eat nearby and its easy access to the freeway. I highly recommend checking out Navajo Bar if youre into live music and meeting cool people. I dont drink so I cant speak on prices or quality there... but my band seemed to be happy with that aspect. ”
